ATI (American Tasting Institute) is part of the Awards of the Americas, a private organization committed to honoring the very best products and services available in the North American marketplace. Professional panels of experts in each field evaluate products in double-blind, vertical judgings dedicated to specific categories or in group, evaluative judgings.

FDM (Food Distribution Magazine) hosts competitions that judge products from hundreds of companies in double blind taste tests. A panel of more than 100 specialty foods professionals, (buyers, chefs, retailers and manufacturers), cast their votes in a 'blind taste test' format competition.
